The NAACP has announced it will feature a Diversity Career Fair as part of the 110th NAACP National Convention in Detroit, Michigan July 20-24 at Cobo Center. The NAACP Diversity Career Fair will be held on July 23 from 12pm – 6pm and will be open to NAACP delegates as well as the entire community. The Diversity Career Fair will be produced by Professional Diversity Network (PDN), a leader in Diversity Career Fairs and online recruiting solutions.

 

“PDN is proud of our NAACP partnership” says Mike Hall PDN EVP. “We have many local and national employers interested in attending. We also are pleased that CBS Detroit will join us as a media partner.” With the low unemployment we will make special efforts to attract candidates who are working and in search of a better career”. Careers will be available in sales, finance, healthcare, IT, education, engineering, government and non-profit. “This is a great way for business to promote their diversity initiatives while also recruiting diverse talent.” Added Mr. Hall.
