NAACP President and CEO, Derrick Johnson, will unite with local leaders, Chokwe A. Lumumba, Mayor of Jackson, Congressman Bennie Thompson and civil rights leaders to hold a press conference to pay homage to those who have dedicated their lives to the civil rights of Mississippians, without the presence of President Donald Trump.
