NAACP President and CEO, Derrick Johnson, was a guest on the America On The Line podcast, hosted by Jonathan Capehart, and talked about the power of the African American vote this midterm election. President Johnson spoke about why this year’s elections are especially important, and what it means for the coming years. “One election cycle is not enough. It’s a five-year trajectory that we’re on to sustain this movement,” he said.
